The interface and wizards perform as described in the editor's review, BUT: Documentation is very poor. I spent three days and many, many hours before I learned that in order to prevent the programs from requiring a computer reboot to begin a task, I needed to be sure the VSS service was running. I have owned the program a week and still have not backed up one 200g drive. Four attemps were made in the dos mode after a computer reboot. Each one hung the computer after 59g of a 67g archive was complete. I have run chkdsk /f/r; surface scans and defragmentation programs on this disk. Right now I am attempting to back up the same drive but rather than create an image, I am backing up all files except the windows diretory and the Programs Diretory. The process has been runninng 26 hours and is still not complete. (Forget the timers in the program, they do not work.) All in all a fancy program that produces no results.
