The help file provided with Drive Backup allows you to view general help files and search for a particular word or phrase. Online they have a knowledgebase, updates and a community forum. More advanced (and responsive) support options are offered for a yearly fee.

Paragon Drive Backup is a complete disk imaging tool for backing up to another drive, network, or storage media. The program is also designed to configure and upgrade your data to a new drive. We like that they have made their product easier to use and that they offer a free home version and trial downloads so you can try out the software risk free.
