Hi, I did a 30-day trial of both Home 2009 and Home 2010. In both cases, I could not backup my C: drive partition if it was more than 4.7gb of data, needing more than a single dvd. I could write to another disk over a network to another computer, in 4.7 gb peices, but if those peices were burned to multiple DVDs, the DVDs verified, but would never successfully restore the image on the original PC. Furthermore, the user manual did not have any information about this software flaw. Using my wireless router to backup from/restore to a 2nd pc took over 3 hours to backup about 7 gb of compressed image data. If users do not have a way to hard-wire pc's together for higher bandwidth, or have a sufficiently large 2nd hard drive, I would strongly urge you to make this limitation prominant in your review of this product. I wasted alot of time because the software publisher did not disclose this shortcoming. I did contact the tech support during my trial via online chat. They were unable/unwilling to solve this issue.
